- Meditation has to be done when stomach is not full or at least two to three after heavy food.
- Mind preparation: The mind should be cool, calm and no dreaming pictures or rosy situation should prejudice before meditation.
- While sitting for meditation in groups please keep ample of space between two persons.
- Sit leg folded comfortably those who cannot fold leg can sit in heavy chars comfortably.
- Keep the hands folded or straight at ease and comfortable situation.
- Keep the head, back, the spinal cord in straight position.
- Take three deep breaths- the inhale and exhale.
- Keep eyes closed.
- Let the thoughts come and disappear, do not carry away with any thought.
- If there is movie like series of pictures just watch them as if you are different from those pictures.
- Suddenly at any moment there could be a time when one feels in silent and pleasant situation. This joyful state of mind and body lasts for few fractions of seconds initially and it may go in prolonged time with respect to regular practice.
- This joyful state is starting of reunion with absolute truth the infinite energy .
- One can sit comfortably for twenty minutes. After twenty minutes one can open eyes slowly.
- After meditation do not look at bright light. Rub the hands on each other and then give this energy to the eyes.
We have practically observed efficiency, productivity development, peace of mind, revelation of true mankind nature, development of physical fitness, resistance to disease, immunity development; and much more beyond words, which could be realized and realized only.
